Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused and in its original condition
be returned in its original packaging
include proof of purchase or order number

To request a return, contact us at support@menswallco.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

personalized or custom-made items
gift cards
items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper handling after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@menswallco.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
