Orders & Production
Many Mens Wall Co. products are produced through a made-to-order fulfillment process, so production begins after your order is placed.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
Processing time can vary during holidays, promotional periods or other high-volume periods.
Why doesn't my order ship immediately?
Many Mens Wall Co. products are made to order rather than pulled from a warehouse of finished inventory.
Production and shipping are therefore separate stages. Your artwork must first complete production before it is transferred to the carrier.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact Mens Wall Co. as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered production or fulfillment.
Use the Contact page and include your order number and the change you are requesting.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled before production or fulfillment begins.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Contact us immediately. The earlier we receive the request, the better the chance that production has not yet begun.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact Mens Wall Co. as soon as possible if you entered an incorrect or incomplete address.
If the order has not shipped yet, we can review whether the address can still be corrected.
If a package is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.

Delivery time begins after production is complete and the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
How long does shipping take?
After your order ships, estimated transit times are typically:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs, weather and other factors may affect transit.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and the items included in your order.
Large artwork may have different shipping costs because package dimensions can significantly affect carrier pricing.
Complimentary shipping on two or more items: Free shipping is applied automatically when your order meets the minimum quantity of two items, for supported delivery destinations. No shipping code is required. Check the final shipping total at checkout, including when ordering bundled sets.
WELCOME10: Enter WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your order, limited to one use per customer. This code can combine with the complimentary-shipping offer. Other discount combinations depend on eligibility at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent when tracking is available.
Use the tracking link in that email to follow the shipment.
My order says shipped, but tracking has not updated. Is that normal?
Yes. A tracking number can sometimes be issued before the carrier posts its first physical scan.
Allow a short period for the tracking page to begin displaying movement.
If the shipment remains significantly delayed, contact Mens Wall Co. and include your order number.
What if my package is delayed?
Delays can occur because of carrier operations, customs, weather and other circumstances outside Mens Wall Co.'s control.
If your order becomes significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have the package. What should I do?
If a carrier marks the package as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with other members of your household.
- Check with neighbors or nearby delivery locations.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Contact Mens Wall Co. and we will try to help.
Mens Wall Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within the published return window, subject to the conditions in the Mens Wall Co. Refund Policy.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, returned in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

Are any items non-returnable?
The current Refund Policy identifies the following as non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through normal wear, misuse or improper handling after delivery
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Mens Wall Co.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. Mens Wall Co. currently does not charge a restocking fee.
How long does a refund take?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
Can I exchange an item?
Mens Wall Co. does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different eligible item, return the original product according to the Refund Policy and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If something is wrong when your artwork arrives, contact us quickly and preserve the packaging.
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
Contact Mens Wall Co. within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damaged artwork
- Clear photos of the packaging
Do not discard the shipping box or damaged packaging until your issue has been reviewed. Packaging photos may be important when investigating shipping damage.
What happens after I report a damaged, defective or incorrect item?
Mens Wall Co. will review the order details, description and photos you provide.
If the claim is approved, the available resolution may include a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the situation.

International Shipping
